Jalalon, Sangalang teams up leads Magnolia past NLEX, turns series 2-1

Jia Jalalon and Ian Sangalang 49 points total help Magnolia Hotshots get the crucial win againts the NLEX, 106-99. Magnolia take the lead, 2-1, in their PBA Philippine Cup semifinal series on Wednesday night at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.

Magnolia uses a late game run to take game three and book their second straight win against the NLEX Road Warriors.

"It's about sustaining our aggressiveness and intensity," Hotshots coach Chito Victolero said. "Yun namana gusto namin – madala yun from Game Two."

Game four is on Friday, March 16 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Jia Jalalon scored 25 points, grab 4 rebounds and 2 steals while Ian Sangalang had 24 points
